Masks or face coverings (to cover your nose and mouth) are encouraged. We ask that you please leave seats in between, when possible, to help maintain social distancing.

If you have COVID-19 symptoms or have come in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please do NOT come to the office in order to keep patients and staff safe.  For questions, please call our office.

We are now offering Pfizer Covid 19 vaccinations for children 5 through 12 years old and up. Please call the office for more information and to schedule an appointment.
